Functional modules

• Reaction disk — 80 re-usable optical PMMA cuvettes; reaction times of 12 or 32 minutes.
• Washer — 4-step procedure using pre-heated pure water with auto-diluted alkaline and acid detergent.
• Mixer — 1,400 rpm high-speed Teflon-coated stirring needle, washed with pre-heated water before and after mixing.
• Sample and reagent disks — up to 89 configurable cooled positions each, continuously loadable, with a built-in barcode reader.
• Probes — Teflon-coated to prevent cross-contamination, with anti-collision, liquid level and sample clot detection.
